Return and Refund

 

At MY-ЇVVЇ Online Store we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope that you are satisfied but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return:

If you shipped or bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a Replacement or a Refund. If the product is return after 30 days of expiration unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email after your return has been received and processed. If you have requested a refund or exchanges (MY-ЇVVЇ Inc. website customers only), we will issue a credit back to the original method of payment used for this purchase, or we will process your request and ship your replacement via Canada Post or MY-ЇVVЇ courier.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@my-ivvi.ca

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@my-ivvi.ca and send your item to 2453 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Y 2A1, CA

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have proof of purchase, please send us an e-mail support@my-ivvi.ca or call our Customer Service and we'll give you a credit or a refund with vouchers.

Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the Canada Post:

FedEx, UPS, or Purolator please request delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
