Glitzcamp has unveiled a new eco-tent design called Cocoon House which looks like a cicada pod that could be used as a glamping hotel, meditation yoga studio, cocktail lounges, guest suites or o5ce studio etc. Using a deck-like platform instead of a concrete foundation, this cocoon tent is one portable and eco-friendly tent that can be set up in just a few days. With the sustainable living concept, this 581 sqft(54sqm) Cocoon House is split between the living room, bathroom, bedroom etc. It could take down anywhere from tropical rainforest area and cold plateau zone while high rot, pest, mould-resistant fabric shell and extra insulation layer protect you from the elements. It can resist hurricanes up to 120km/h(75 mph) and heavy hail and snow.
